Judge of the Criminal Cases Board of the Dorogomilovsky District Court of Moscow. She participated in the implementation of political repression by making unjust decisions in politically motivated cases and trials.

Judge Rudakova prolonged the arrest of an 18-year-old Anna Pavlikova, who was charged with creating an extremist community (Part 1 of Article 282.1 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation). It is noteworthy that the community police and the FSB considered was a virtual opposition movement New Greatness, created by an informer of the political police. Teenage girl’s “crime” was being in a Telegram chat with the informer, as well as attending a meeting of the movement at McDonald’s. Pavlikova's health problems worsened after several months of being in a pre-trial detention center. She had a hormonal malfunction and inflammation of the genitourinary system.
