The owner of an annual income of 43 million rubles.

Accused of:

- Violation of the territorial integrity of Ukraine. So Alekseenko in 2022, together with other Senators of the Federation Council, voted for recognition of the independence of the puppet republics of the DPR and LPR. The request of these quasi-state entities for military assistance became the reason for Putin’s invasion of Ukraine.

In the summer of 2022, he voted for the annexation of the Kherson, Zaporozhye, Donetsk and Lugansk regions of Ukraine.

For these actions, he was included in the sanctions lists of the EU, USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ukraine, and Switzerland.

Public support for Putin’s aggression against Ukraine.

So Alekseenko repeatedly traveled to the special military operation zone. He publishes travel reports on his Telegram channel. In the zone of a special military operation, Alekseenko meets with military personnel of the Russian Armed Forces and provides them with moral, informational and material support.

The deputy has experience of cooperation with museums of the Bryansk region, from which region he was elected to the State Duma. So in April 2022, a deputy with an income of 43 million rubles a year donated two old books of the writer for a thousand rubles each to the F.I. Tyutchev Museum in Ovstug.

In 2023, the deputy continued to provide assistance to Bryansk museums, this time donating fragments of a NATO grenade launcher, which he brought from the zone of a special military operation, to the local history museum of the Bryansk region.

“Involvement and correct perception of current historical events, awareness of military feats and the hardships of combat work should contribute to education and motivate us to provide all possible assistance to our Defenders,” the deputy commented on his gift, glorifying the participants in the aggression.

- Voting for repressive, anti-democratic laws. So Alekseenko, since 2021, while serving as a deputy of the State Duma, voted for the following bills:

- Introduction to the Criminal Code and the Code of Administrative Offenses of articles on “discrediting the RF Armed Forces” and “fakes about the Russian army.”

- Toughening of the article on high treason, providing for a maximum penalty of imprisonment up to life and equating “switching to the side of the enemy” with high treason, that is, persons who want to resist Putin’s aggression in Ukraine. Later he voted for the introduction of confiscation of property for those convicted under this article.

- Russia’s withdrawal from the Council of Europe and the denunciation of related treaties, which denied Russian citizens access to the European Court of Human Rights.

- Introducing criminal liability for calls for the execution of decisions of international organizations, primarily for calls to implement the decision of the International Criminal Court to arrest Putin.

- Membership in the anti-democratic party “United Russia”. So Alekseenko has been a member of United Russia for several years, at least since 2021, as well as a State Duma deputy from it. This party is responsible for many years of usurpation of power in the Russian Federation, the adoption of anti-democratic laws, corruption, and violation of the territorial integrity of neighboring states.
