Accused of:

Assisting in the implementation of political repression, abuse of power, the use of violence against participants in a peaceful rally.

He used force against peaceful protesters at a rally on July 27, 2019. He was a direct participant in the infamous beating of peaceful protesters by the Detsky Mir mall, which resulted in 8 criminal cases against civilians. He acted as a “victim” in the Moscow case, criminal persecution of activists who protested against non-admission of independent candidates from running in the elections to the Moscow City Duma. On August, 29 he gave deliberately false evidence in the case.
